Last night at the Iridium, Leon Nocentelli ( from the Meters)  played with Bernie Worrell and Fred Wesley ( I will update  the other players  asap) and  brought us some finger lickin’ southern fried family reunion funk. Bernie sang an unforgettable  gritty version of “redhot momma” and within the hour  I was rejuvinated by new orleans music  that’s good for your body and soul  -LadyKier
