While touring through Barcelona,Spain  one december, I noticed the christmas Shit Log tradition  wherein  you venture into the woods, find a wooden log, wrap it  warm in a blanket ,and the next day it shits out your chocolate and other small gifts. Where we buy wreathes or elf figurines…they buy a figurine of a man shitting in the woods or of the log he left behind with a big smile.

. it seems  far fetched and crude at first  but maybe it’s us who are so removed from nature that even a shit ( the 1 thing that proves everyone is creative and the same ) can not be  celebrated along with  our other holiday festivities.  Above this disco SHIT LOG video are some photos about it. happy holidays. I don’t follow the teachings of the bible as there are so many contradictions , although I’ve always lived by “do unto others as you’d like them to treat you”  but there are some parables and poetry that do appeal to me, this one being my favorite.
