it was brief ,but i did meet my heroes tonite from the ALEEMS!!!!! and got to tell them so. Here is just a small taste of how they lit up NYC back in the days before we started calling it house music , but we knew it wasn’t really disco anymore. That in-between nameless period is always the most exciting time for new genres of music. These pioneering musical historians have worked with too many legends and genres to list . I can not wait to hear their new releases coming right up! and they still look fine and dandy!!!!-lady kier

words can not describe how chuffed I am that my hero, Louis Theroux danced to our song in 1990 on video with his buddies. Love this! so young and innocent he looks. he still has that innocence- hah! how is that?

i had the pleasure to see Shawn Lee ‘s new project last night at Brooklyn’s Knitting factory and the first thing I asked him when I saw him before the show was a very enthusiastic ” are you going to play “happiness”???!!!!” He sort of looked at me like …this is a new project ie…STFU! I can relate. Anyhoo….they rocked out ,the crowd appreciated their well written songs , he looked like a sex god with his looooong looong silver hair..and i left with a big smile on my face. here is “happiness”! from the year 2000 by the gutt wrenching soulful and splendid SEAN LEE! - Lady Kier
The Waldorf Hotel threw a massive Halloween party.
The event included top party DJs and entertainers: DJ Lady Miss Kier from Deee-lite, House of La Douche, Peter Breeze, The Fly Grrrls, The Vampire Bats, Maria in The Shower, Tyler Fedchuk , Cam Dales, Trevor Risk and so many more.
The event also featured an Erotic Holographic Theatre designed by Thomas Anselmi and an age old Día de los Muertos dinner ceremony hosted by Ernesto Gomez.
